Dorothy Noreen Lampert-Wingard, 58, of 146 Edwards Ave., died at her residence at 7 p.m. Saturday November 12, 2011.
A daughter of Edward and Pearl Collins Rowe she was born in Franklin on February 10, 1953. She was a graduate of Franklin High School.
She had worked as a waitress and recently referred to herself as a ?domestic goddess?.
Noreen enjoyed life. She loved the family activities, camping, yard sales, and her pets. She was a member of the Franklin V.F.W. Bingo, bowling, and her computer competed for her indoor attention.
Surviving are four children: Ginger Deal and her significant other Wesley Sanford of Kennerdell, Michael Pyle and his girlfriend Beth Willyoung of Franklin, Rayleen Lyon and her husband Michael of Franklin and Brandi Wingard of Franklin; seven grandchildren Britney Laing, Brandon Laing, Justice Oakes, Michael Pyle, Cassidy Lampert, Tyler Lyon and Caleb Lyon. Also surviving are two sisters Linda Feltenberger of Polk and Dawn Jankovich and her husband Herb of Franklin and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother Pearl Slater, step-father Russ Slater, husband Richard Wingard, son Jack Lampert II, a brother Skip Rowe and a nephew Brian Feltenberger.
Friends will be received in the Huff Chapel, 312 W. Park St. from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Gary Small, pastor of the Atlantic Avenue United Brethren in Christ Church officiating.
Interment will be made in the Brandon Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to her family to help with final expenses.
