Aaron Anthony Herr, 41, of Harrisville passed away suddenly on April 19th, 2017 at his home. Aaron was born in Grove City to Dayne Wesley Herr Sr & Clara Louise (Bo) Herr (Barbella) on April 8th, 1976. Aaron attended Slippery Rock Area High School & graduated from Butler County Community College with a degree in the Metrology program. He worked as an assembler for General Electric in Grove City for 13 years.
Aaron was known for having a charismatic personality and an engaging warmth which made him beloved to so many. Aaron enjoyed riding his motorcycle, kayaking, playing his guitar, playing chess & spending time with his girlfriend Marcy Turner of Butler & his family. Aaron was a black belt in Taekwondo. Aaron battled and overcame a near terminal diagnosis of Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2012.
Aaron is preceded in death by his mother, his grandparents: H. Wesley Herr, Dorothy Herr (Parnham) & Mary Barbella (Bucciarelli).
Aaron is survived by his father: Dayne Wesley Herr Sr. and a brother: Dayne Wesley Herr Jr.
Aaron's family would like to express their deepest gratitude for all who offered help during this difficult time. There are simply too many to list.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Jamison Funeral Home, Inc. 117 N Main St, Harrisville, where family and friends are welcome on Sunday, April 23, from 12 pm until 4 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, April 23, at 4:00 pm with the Reverend Terry West, pastor of Harrisville Branch Church, officiating.
Interment will be in Prairie Cemetery
