Albert S. Dodge

Albert S. Dodge, 78, of Oil City, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at home.

Son of the late Homer and Mary Beatty, Albert was born on June 23, 1946 in Buffalo, NY.

He was a graduate of Rocky Grove High School.

In 1969, Albert married the former Florence Oda Card, who preceded him in death on January 12, 2025.

Albert was a self employed contractor and was known for his beautiful ceiling work throughout Oil City and Franklin. His intricate designs remain today and are a testament to his dedication and attention to detail in his profession.

Albert is survived by three children, Michelle Dodge of Rocky Grove, Albert S. Dodge III and his wife Jolene of Knox, and Lisa R. McAninch of Oil City. Seven grandchildren; Guy Dodge, Jordan Dodge, Sophia Dodge, Michael Dodge, Christopher Dodge, Samantha Blizzard, and Tevin Testa. He also survived by many loved great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by his brother Harry Dewayne Beatty and sister Shirley Shuffstall.
