Obituary

Betty J. DeJulia, 96, of Franklin, formerly of Sharpsville, passed away at 6:30 A.M. on Monday, April 20, 2026 at Sugar Creek Care Center.

Born in New Vernon Twp. on August 25, 1929, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mable Maxwell Williamson. 

Betty was a longtime member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church in Sharpsville. 

She loved to Garden and loved all flowers. Betty will always be remembered for making excellent pizza and spaghetti. 

On October 17, 1957, she married Pete P. DeJulia and he preceded her in death on March 19, 1996.

Surviving is her sister, Ethel Williamson and two nieces Evelyn Foust of Polk, and Cecelia. 

Evelyn and Betty had a very strong bond and she always looked at Betty as a mother figure and not just an aunt. 

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Pete; her son, Leroy Heidecker and seven siblings, Clara, Sarah, Ellsworth, Bob, Lester, Allen and Martha. 

There will be no services. 

Betty will be laid to rest next to her husband and son at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hermiatage.
