Calvin Cortez Ludy Jr.

Calvin Cortez Ludy Jr., affectionately known as June by his family and Kato by his friends, was born on December 21, 2009, to proud parents Calvin and Jessica Ludy. From an early age, June carried a light that couldn't be dimmed - the kind of energy that filled any room he walked into.

He was full of life, laughter, and boldness. Whether he was wrestling (or occasionally fighting), fishing, making music, playing video games, or spending time with his siblings and friends, June lived life on his own terms - joyfully and unapologetically.

A proud student of the Pennsylvania Public School System, June was known for his sense of style. Fashion ran deep in the family, and he made sure to stay on top of the latest trends - always stepping out fresh and confident. But beyond the clothes and charisma, June's heart was what truly stood out. He was a kind soul who loved to help others.

The bond June shared with his siblings was unbreakable. He loved them fiercely - with everything in him. His family and friends will forever remember his humor, his generosity, and the love he poured into everyone he met.

Calvin leaves to cherish his precious memory: his parents Calvin and Jessica; his sisters Justice and Cali; his brother Cartier; grandparents Linda Shaw and David Nalepa; three uncles; six aunts; and a host of cousins, family, and friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lavetia Ludy and Roy Smith, and great-grandparents Richard and Shirley Paterson.

Though his time here was brief, his impact was everlasting. His smile, his laughter, and his love will live on in every heart he touched.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from 11:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. Monday.

A funeral service will follow at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel.

Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery.
