Carol A. Dunlap, 80, of Grove City, passed away at 1:27 A.M. on Thursday, December 18, 2025 at Grove Manor.

Born in Grove City on March 10, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Ruth Campbell Deniker. 

She was a 1963 graduate of Allegheny Clarion Valley High School. She was a member and trustee of Mt. Pleasant Church. 

Carol worked many years at the former Polk Center in the dietary department. 

She was married to the late Harold Lee McCormick Jr. in 1963 and he preceded her in death. She then married Robert A. Winters on March 5, 1976 and sadly he preceded her in death on August 14, 2020. She is survived by Richard Dunlap whom she married on August 20, 2022.

Carol and Bob volunteered at Avon Air Force Base in Florida. They enjoyed many trips together on their Gold Wing with good friends. Carol and Dick enjoyed camping in their 5th wheel camper with their camping group. 

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Lory A. McCormick Martinez of TN, Penny S. Winters Shoup of Polk and Michelle R. Winters Steim of Grove City; a son, Brian Lee McCormick of Corry; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

She is also survived by three siblings, Lana Patterson of Grove City, Pam Siggilow of Tyler, TX and Richard Jeff Deniker of Grove City. 

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. Monday, December 22, 2025. 

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 P.M. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Willard Morse, officiating. 

Interment will be at Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens on Tuesday.
