Charlotte K. McCauley, 64, of Seneca, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Monday, September 29, 2025 after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born in Meadville on August 27, 1961. She is a graduate of Saegertown High School.
Charlotte proudly served in the United States Air Force for 13 years. She was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, AF Achievement Medal and multiple others.She last worked at Channel Lock in Meadville.
She always stood by her faith in God and had even read the Bible numerous times. She always loved spending time with her husband and family. She enjoyed reading and writing, painting, and learning to play the keyboard and saxophone. She enjoyed all forms of music as well as being in nature as much as possible.
On June 25, 1999, she married Charles "Chuck" McCauley and he survives. Also surviving are her step-daughters Alexandria Evett and her husband Wayne and daughter Patience, Andrea Fuller and her three daughters Lillian, Sadie, and Lila, and Hannah Henigh and her husband Greg and their three children Aiden, Blakely, and Ryder. She is also survived by her siblings Janet Bortner and her wife Lisa, Brad Bortner and his wife Karen, Dan Bortner, and Dixie Bortner.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A Celebration of Charlotte's Life will be held at a later date.
