David J. Feming, 60, of Simi Valley, CA, formerly of Rocky Grove, passed away on Tuesday, September 30, at his home in CA.
He was born on July 4, 1965 in London, England to Donna Fleming and the late James Fleming.
David was a 1983 graduate of Rocky Grove High School. He then proudly served his country as a United States Navy Seabee.
When he was in high school, David was involved in woodshop. One of his best creations was a gun cabinet he built for his father, which is still proudly displayed in his mother's home.
He enjoyed spending time with his friends, riding on street bikes and taking their dirt bikes in the mountains.
David always had a love of motorcycles and worked as a parts manager for Simi Valley Cycles in CA.
David was married to his wife, Dana, on September 26, 2013, and she survives. They spent over 12 years together.
Additionally, David is survived by his mother, Donna Fleming, of Rocky Grove; an uncle, Paul Fleming Jr. And his wife Annie; an aunt, Vicky Fox and her husband Doug; an aunt Joyce Short and her husband Charles; cousins, Sheila Alden, Vern Alden Jr., John Alden, Michael Short, and Lorien Short.
He was preceded in death by his father, James "Jim" Fleming, and a brother, Mark Fleming.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 312 W. Park St. Franklin, PA.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at Galloway Church 196 Seysler Road, Franklin where friends and family will be welcome from 10:00-11:00 A.M.
A funeral service will take place immediately after at the church with Pastor Roy Gearheart, officiating.
Interment will take place at Sunset Hill Memorial Garden, where David will be laid to rest with his father and brother.
