Dolores Glynn Cade, 89, of Franklin, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday October 25, 2019.
Born in Pittsburgh on September 28, 1930 she was a daughter of the late James F. Glynn and Marcella Gurowski Costello.
She attended Langley High School. In her youth she enjoyed skating. She worked for many years as a pharmacy clerk at the Cathedral and Junction Pharmacies in Pittsburgh. She loved crossword puzzles and following her Pittsburgh professional and college sports teams. Dolores then was a homemaker who took pride in raising her family and was active in the PTA.
On June 12, 1953 she married Russell L. Cade and he preceded her in death on May 16, 2005.
Surviving are five children; Russell L. Cade Jr. of North Versailles,
Hazel M. Cade Antonucci of Franklin, Debra A. Harry and her husband Don of Polk, Howard J. Cade and his longtime companion Cheryl Xander of Franklin and Susan L. Crisman and her husband Ken of Franklin; six grandchildren, Joseph C. Antonucci III and his wife Ashley of Franklin, Gina M. Antonucci of Franklin, Nicholas R. Cade and his wife Jennifer of Ridgefield CT, Jason L. Cade of Pittsburgh, Stacey E. Yeager and her husband John of Pittsburgh and Bryan D. Lentz of Franklin.
Also surviving are five great-grandchildren, Dominic J. Antonucci of Franklin, Sicily D. Antonucci of Franklin, Thomas N. Cade of Ridgefield CT, James R. Cade of Ridgefield, CT and Alexandria Yeager of Pittsburgh and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, James F. Glynn Jr.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff - Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin where private visitation will be held for the family.
A graveside service will follow at Allegheny Cemetery in Pittsburgh.
