Donald Lundager, 97, of Franklin, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026 at UPMC Hamot in Erie. 

Donald was born on July 18, 1928 in Franklin, PA.

He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. 

As a young man, Donald worked as a truck driver. After his time in the service, he worked for Joy Manufacturing in Franklin. When he retired, he and his wife spent time traveling between Arizona and Franklin. 

Donald was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church. 

In 1952, he married his wife Dolly, who preceded him in death on October 30, 2021. 

Surviving Donald are extended family members Joyce Curry of Mansfield, OH and Jane Hallman of Doylestown, PA. 

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 312 W Park St. Franklin where friends and family will be received from 9:30 - 10:30 AM Saturday. 

A funeral service will follow at 10:30 A.M. in the funeral home chapel with Deacon David Betz of St. John's Episcopal Church, officiating. 

The V.E.T.S. Honor guard will render military honors at Franklin Cemetery immediately following the service. 

Donald will be laid to rest next to Dolly at the conclusion of the services.
