Donna L. Quinn, 87, of Franklin, passed away on Sunday, October 25, 2026 at The Caring Place. 

She was born in Kentucky on October 16, 1939 to the late Christine Sutton and Fount Denny.

Donna was a graduate of Dixie High School in New Lebanon, OH. 

She was married to the late Rollin Charles "Ron" Quinn on November 1, 1971. He preceded her in death on June 4, 2001.

Donna is survived by three children, Beverly Weigel, Lucinda Irwin, and Darrell (Karen) VanHorn; two stepchildren, Edward Quinn and Rhonda Paden. Grandchildren include Kendra Weigel, Christina VanHorn, Devon Irwin, Tony VanHorn, and step-grandchildren Christian Burchfield and Jennifer Grimm; seven great-grandchildren, and three step-great-grandchildren. 

In addition to her husband, Donna was preceded in death by a grandson, Kenneth Weigel, Jr. 

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 312 W Park St. Franklin, PA where a memorial service will be held on Monday, November 2nd at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Brad Riddle of Atlantic Avenue Church, officiating.
