Elizabeth "Beth" A. Wolfe

Elizabeth "Beth" A. Wolfe, 68, of Franklin, passed away at peacefully on Monday, August 11, 2025 at Oakwood Heights in Oil City.

Beth was born August 9, 1957 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She was the daughter of the late Richard and Jean Ann Wheaton Domville.

Beth was a graduate of Warren Area High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She dedicated her working life to youth communities. She worked at Vision Quest with the girl's program as well as Pathways. She loved working and learning with the girls and had many stories to tell. She also worked in the Lancaster County school district as a teacher's aid.

Beth was an avid reader. There wasn't a Stephen King, Jodi Picoult or Alice Hoffman book that she hadn't read and always had a good book recommendation. She was a Steelers fan through and through. Beth was also an animal lover, especially cats. Her family and friends always enjoyed her cooking and baking. She was known for the copious amounts of Christmas cookies she made every year as well as her Lemon-Blueberry cake. Beth loved the beach. Many cherished memories were made with her family at the beach in Cape May, NJ or in Avon, NC.

Beth is survived by daughter Ashley Thompson and her husband Patrick, grandchildren, Tyler and Adia Thompson; daughter Olivia Wolfe; daughter Sarah Wolfe and her fiancé Jeffrey; as well as her cat, Smushy.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her best friend and brother, Steve Domville.

Beth's family would like to thank her Aseracare hospice team of Andrea, Tracy, Amber, Linda, and Abagail for their love and support throughout her journey as well as the staff at Oakwood Heights for the wonderful care they provided during her time there.

Per Beth's wishes there will be no visitation. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
