Fred W. Lepley Jr., 61, of Franklin, passed away at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh on Sunday, November 10, 2019.
Born in Franklin on September 15, 1958, he was a son of the late, Fred W. and Phyllis Shull Lepley.
Fred was a 1976 graduate of Franklin High School.
He started Lepley's Ham loaf which was enjoyed by many throughout the area while his health permitted.
Fred was an avid Pittsburgh sports and Notre Dame Football fan. He enjoyed attending games in South Bend as much as possible. He was always busy doing projects around his house. He loved to decorate his house for the holidays.
He was a member of the Franklin Elks Lodge #110 where he played in the golf league and duck pin bowling league for many years.
On October 10, 1987 he married the former Jackie Harton and she survives.
Also surviving are two sons; Travis Lepley and his wife Taylor of Franklin and Jordan Lepley of Franklin; a brother, Gary Lepley and his wife April of Franklin and a niece, Kayla Lepley of Greenville.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Huff Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services Inc., 312 West Park St. Franklin where family and friends are welcome from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. Friday.
Members of Franklin Elks Lodge #110 will hold a service at 4:15 P.M. Friday in the funeral home.
A funeral service will be held at 4:30 P.M. Friday in the funeral home chapel.
Interment will be made at Bethel Cemetery.
