Heather L. Sharp, 66, of Oil City, passed away the morning of Friday, April 3, 2026 at UPMC Northwest with her loved ones by her side. 

She was born on September 1, 1959 in Franklin to the late Dale and Edith Jones O'Neil. 

Heather is survived by a large family who will all cherish her memory.

In addition to her parents, Dale and Edith O'Neil, Heather was preceded in death by her sister April and a cherished granddaughter. 

There will be no services at this time.
