Illa Titus Freeman Morgan, 85, of 1042 River Drive, died Friday May 10, 2013 at 10:03 p.m. at Sugar Creek Station.

A daughter of Vern and Mabel Dille Titus she was born in Oil City on May 17, 1927. She was a graduate of Oil City High School.

A homemaker Mrs. Morgan was active in the community. She had worked for a time at Loblaws and the Franklin High School cafeteria. She had been a delivery person for Meals-On-Wheels and volunteered for the Easter Seal Society and was awarded the Brace for the Ace. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church and had served on several boards of the church.

She enjoyed her flower gardens and in her younger years she enjoyed the outdoors participating in archery, biking and boating.

On June 10, 1956 she married Richard E. Morgan, he survives along with 5 children Sandy Naglowsky and her husband Ron, Al Freeman and his wife Robyn, Glenn Freeman all of Franklin, Donald Freeman of Pittsburgh and Bonnie Kokoruda and her husband Steve of Chesapeake VA; 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters Beatrice Lake of Sewickley and Maxine Freer of Franklin and a half-brother Dick Titus of Emerald Isle, NC.

In addition to her parents Illa was preceded in death by two sisters Lois Marvin and Hazel Popeski, a granddaughter Heather Ann Krepp and a grandson Garrett Freeman.

Friends will be received in the Huff Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 312 W. Park St. from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be held in the chapel at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Ed Gresick, pastor of the Grace United Methodist Church officiating.

Interment will follow in the franklin Cemetery.
