Jacquelyn L. Foster

Jacquelyn L. Foster, 80, of Franklin, passed away at 9:15 A.M., Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Sugar Creek Care Center.

She was born on November 5, 1944 and was the daughter of the late, Carl and Neva Muir Gustafson.

Jackie found great joy in dancing at the VFW and cherished time spent camping. Above all, she loved cooking and treasured moments with her family, especially during the holidays.

Surviving are four children, Pam Goltare (Mark) of Franklin, Kim Stevens of Oil City, Todd Harger (Leahann) of NM and Lori Lee of Franklin; eight grandchildren, Billie Jo Hawkins (Paul), Brandy Brady, Dane Goltare (Lisa), Tommy Schwab, Corey Schwab (Sarah), Ben Schwab, Dawson Smith and Rook Lee, 17 great-grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Additionally she is survived by three step-children, Lisa Zinger of NC, Tracey Utteg of Corry and Mark Foster of North East.

She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings.

A private burial service will be held at a later date for family.

She will be laid to rest at Jerusalem Corners Cemetery in Pleasantville.
