Jeremy Kyle Haupt, 41, of Oil City, passed away Thursday, June 6, 2024 in his home.
The son of Tim Haupt and Robin Wolbert, Jeremy was born in Erie on September 14, 1982.
After attending Oil City and Cranberry High Schools, Jeremy received his G.E.D. in 2000 and went on to become a certified welder at the Erie Institute of Technology in 2007. He spent 15 years as a welder, most recently at Qualex Manufacturing.
Jeremy was a life-long Kansas City Chiefs fan, along with his love for the Pittsburgh Pirates. He liked spending his free time fishing, hunting, and coaching his sons' baseball and soccer teams. Jeremy loved his children and always enjoyed spending time with them.
Surviving Jeremy is his wife, Janel Haupt of Titusville; two sons, Jacob and Callen Haupt; and three daughters, Bella and Emily Ward of Pittsburgh and Lexi Ward of Titusville. Also surviving are his parents, Tim (Marlene) Haupt of Fryburg and Robin (Greg) Wolbert of Franklin. His siblings; Tony Haupt of Oil City, Emily (John) Reiser of Franklin, Jasen (Ashley) McLane of Seneca, Devin (Shania) Wolbert of Franklin, and Amanda (Mitch) McDaniel of Marienville. Jeremy is also survived by his grandparents; Dick & Ruby Haupt and Ted & Anita Wolbert. Many loved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews are also left to cherish his memory.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ruth and Richard Mitchell, and an infant son, Jayce Haupt.
There will be no services at this time. A celebration of Jeremy's life will be held at a later date.
