Luvena A. Smith, 86, of Franklin, passed away the morning of Saturday, February 17, 2024 at The Caring Place in Franklin.
She was the daughter of the late John W. Reaser and Velma Bell Reaser. Luvena was born on March 12, 1937 in Glennville, West Virginia.
